Claudia! Thank you so much for your kind comment. It's super interesting and, uuuuhh, dream interpretation is a speciality in the psychodynamic tradition. I'm still learning it but will create content around this when I'm more sophisticated. There are many approaches within the psychodynamic school to look at dreams (the most prominent being Freud and Jung). There is not really a direct symbol interpretation, as in "a tooth means you are afraid of old age" or something. Dream interpretation starts by zooming in on the individual elements of a dream and freely associating to them. According to Freud the manifested content of a dream hides a latent wish. There are also approaches of dream interpretation that see dreams more as a way of anticipating and solving problems in a creative way. As you see, it's an incredibly interesting subject and I'll report back when I learn more. Best wishes!
